We have been meeting with some challenges while attempting to blog throughout the program. Since had the privilege to be the first large group to use our in house system to blog, we found that some participants were able to blog, error free, while other participant's blogs seem to disappear. The entire purpose of blogging was to chronical our experiences and to share what we are learning and what we have learned as a result of the STEP program. Rather than frustrate our hardworking participants and trainers we decided to find another vehicle to meet our blogging needs. As soon as we test a few locations, (I'm testing blogger right now) we will try our best to find a way get this information to the participants. Our challenge is to find a vehicle that is intuitived enough that we don't have to add another training session to our already packed agenda. Besides, we may have a difficult time acquiring additional funds to pay for an addtional training. Perhaps we can remedy this situation by creating a podcast to teach participants how to set up their blogs. We'll be making a decision soon so stay tuned.
